With our Coaching practice, we offer signature coaching services designed for the busy professional leader. Whether you are transitioning careers, seeking to accelerate personal growth, or wanting you and your team to optimize your strengths. Our Coaching Process:
All of our coaching services start with a 45-minute complimentary discovery session. The Discovery session comes with pre-work, which helps determine if we are a good fit. This will give you part coaching and awareness for whatever you decide to do next.
We determine the coaching process for you and set our agreement in place.
Once we agree, we schedule an assessment to determine goals.
Each coaching offers a transformational promise.

Individual Development Coaching: Our sessions will elevate your leadership presence, enabling you to communicate with more significant impact and authenticity. Together, we will work on harnessing your unique strengths, allowing you to inspire, influence, and motivate your team and peers more effectively than ever before.
VIP Experience: Our day will take a deep dive to refine your decision-making abilities, gaining clarity and precision. We will cultivate a proactive mindset that anticipates challenges and seizes opportunities, ensuring you lead with foresight and strategic vision.
RESTORE Coaching: These sessions will restore your identity, making room for personal and professional personas and enabling you to grow your capacity for joy and accomplishment. Together, we will work on harnessing your unique strengths, allowing you to share experiences with empathy and authenticity, and demonstrating leadership through vulnerability to your team, manager, family, and peers.
Our coaching services include Birkman and other assessments you complete in advance. Personalized materials and follow-on resources to read, watch, or listen. Recorded sessions with notes and action steps to keep the learning and accountability actionable.
The Caregiver Coach: RESTORE
For Individuals experiencing the added role as a caregiver for a spouse, child, or parent with a long-term or short-term condition requiring substantial daily care. We know you may be overwhelmed with balancing the personal and professional roles, often without disclosing the nature of your caregiving responsibilities to your manager, co-worker, or team. This can lead to performance, scheduling, and other workplace challenges.
We offer a 7-month collaborative coaching journey, where you will refine your communication and decision-making abilities, gaining clarity and precision. We will cultivate a proactive mindset that anticipates challenges and seizes opportunities, ensuring you continue to lead professionally and personally with foresight and strategic vision.
