We start with a 45-minute complimentary discovery call. The Discovery session comes with pre-work, which helps determine if we are a good fit. This will give you part coaching and awareness for whatever you decide to do next.
Coaching is a partnership. It involves you and me working together to help you identify gaps and move forward. Everyone’s journey is different.
There are many ways we can create an experience that supports your vision. You are the architect of your story, and I am your scaffolding.
Our coaching services include Birkman and other assessments depending on your goals. We also provide personalized materials and follow-on resources to read, watch, or listen to. We record sessions with notes and action steps to keep the learning and accountability actionable.
