Over 25 years as a business mentor. A certified elevator inspector, sales coach, and customer experience expert who worked across varied industries with a specialty focus on construction trades, vertical and large equipment industries, and the hospitality industry. Accomplished sales leader and expert who equips leaders to expand and scale market territories and create capital improvement operation strategies.  Community leader, motivational speaker, and training expert on security and safety. 

Kristen Stockton

Principal Managing Partner | Founder The Caregiver Coach Group

An inspirational leader and certified coach with over 30 years of experience working for top global brands across all areas of Human Capital.  Experience in high-performing culture design, talent, and learning function strategy, and program development and implementation. A master facilitator who excels in driving retention results turns around high-potential programs to accelerate leadership and supports companies through culture change strategies.  An experienced leader who has been a caregiver for over twenty years while working full-time. Kristen is uniquely equipped to lead The Caregiver Coach Group, offering coaching, workshops, and resources to businesses to transform their benefits for employees who care for a family member with a disability.
